Surf and Cross Training with Brice stay in Seignosse

This combination of surfing and physical preparation is possible every week from April to November. The training sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, depending on the surfing hours.

It is in the Landes, in Seignosse, a few kilometers from Hossegor, that Brice, a former top level swimmer, surfer and coastal lifeguard, offers you the opportunity to benefit from specific and personalized sports training. His skills, validated by several diplomas in sports preparation and coaching as well as his regular interventions with local surfers engaged in their discipline, will allow you to make the most of your surfing trip and to prepare the next one well.

    A Landes farm renovated as a surf camp

    Every weeks from April to November
    For your surf and cross training stay, you can stay at the Lodge. This small renovated Landes farm is located in the middle of the nature reserve of the Etang Noir and near the surf spot.

    SURF HOUSE
    An architect's villa transformed into a surf camp

    Only in May, June, August and September
    For your cross training and surfing stay, you can stay at the villa: a surf house 5 minutes walk from the ocean. Located in Seignosse Le Penon, a seaside resort on the Landes coast near Hossegor, the Villa is ideal if you want to be close to the beach, surf spots and shops (bars, restaurants).

    Transfer from the train station of Saint Vincent de Tyrosse to the Lodge or Villa + some trips around the accommodation if needed.
