Philippe, your MovNat teacher
Philippe has been a state-qualified sports educator since 2001, and is a certified MovNat Trainer. He accompanies groups throughout the year in indoor and outdoor sessions. He also teaches Qigong and internal martial arts. He likes to transmit beyond the movement, an art of living naturally.
You will live with him for a week, he will accompany you in the practice of MovNat and you will share convivial moments around surfing and MovNat.

Villa Baïna SURF HOUSE
An architect's villa to welcome surfers
For your Surf & MovNat stay, you will stay in our spacious Villa located on the ocean shore in Seignosse Le Penon. This seaside resort of the Landes coast is ideally located near the beach, surf spots and shops (bars, restaurants). This large house of 180 m2 is composed of a large living room, a shared equipped kitchen, a large terrace and a garden of 1000 m2. A shared room or private rooms are available for your own comfort. You can enjoy the large garden with an outdoor XXL jacuzzi and deckchairs to rest after your surfing session.
