Surf Retreats in South-West France — 7 Themed Surf Weeks for Adults
Natural Surf Lodge runs 7 themed surf retreats for adults near Seignosse and Hossegor, on the Landes coast of south-west France, from May to September.
Each one-week retreat combines 5 surf lessons of 1h30 with Natural Surf School, accredited by the École Française de Surf (EFS), at Plage des Casernes in Seignosse, with a second practice led by an independent specialist: yoga, meditation, video coaching, MovNat, breathwork and freediving, health and wellbeing, or surf performance.

"Signature" Surf packages
Our ‘Signature’ surf camps are our most popular and recurring surf camps. What makes them special is that they combine surfing with an additional activity. Why ‘Signature’? Because they bring a local touch rooted in the unique surf culture of Hossegor and Seignosse. They are offered every week throughout the season.
Surf Coaching and Physical Training

For intermediate to advanced surfers, we offer a week of training with experienced coaches: Stéphane, Indhy or Nanook, with their teaching skills, style and video support, will share their analysis and recommendations to improve your surfing and your marine sense, helping you understand the waves of the Landes so that you can surf all types of breaks.
Surf and Yoga with Cécile

In Seignosse, near Hossegor, in the Landes, come and combine surfing and yoga to spend a tonic and soothing vacation. You will be able to mix sport and relaxation for a successful week of vacations. After a good surfing session, during which you will solicit all the muscles of your body, Cécile will be there to accompany you in the practice of Yoga to relax you and ensure a good recovery.
Surf & Golf

This holiday is aimed at golfers and surfers of all levels who want to combine these two sports during a stay in the Landes region. This combination will allow you to develop skills that are useful both on the water and on the greens. It's a great opportunity to improve your skills or discover these popular sports in the region.
"Capsule" Surf packages
Organised in Seignosse, near Hossegor, the ‘Capsule’ surf camps are offered on fixed dates. Professionals from different disciplines share their specific skills throughout the week of surfing. This concept creates unique combinations to discover an original activity related to surfing.
Adult Surf Performance

The Adult Surf Performance week is a surf camp co-organized by Natural Surf Lodge and the coachs of Natural Surf School. It is aimed at adults who are already good surfers and want to improve their skills by training alongside a top athlete for a week. The programme includes surfing coaching and indoor training with Justin, free surfing, as well as dietary advice and physical routines to help you improve in all areas.
Surf and Well-Being

This holiday is for all surfers, experienced or not, who want to combine surfing, aquatic awareness and nutrition. A holistic approach to wellbeing in a feel-good atmosphere. Spend a week doing good for your body and mind. You'll leave with routines to maintain the energy you've regained during this ocean break.
Surfing and Meditation

Combine surfing and mindfulness to deeply enjoy the sensations felt moment after moment in the ocean. A stay to take care of your body and mind, while being inspired by the surrounding nature of les Landes in an eco responsible place.
Surf and Movnat with Philippe

Running, jumping, climbing trees, rolling and crawling in the grass, swimming... Mov'Nat is the natural fitness method for the real world. Natural gestures that we have forgotten. The principle is to (re)develop the body's skills in these basic mobilities (sitting, stretching, maintaining and toning muscles etc...). Through a varied and intelligent practice, Mov'Nat supports the progression in surfing by developing strength, balance, flexibility and body control. You will practice in open air either on Seignosse beaches or at the Villa.
Surf, Breath and Ocean Retreat

The Surfing and Ocean Breathing holiday is a unique combination for those looking for a sporting and rejuvenating break. This surfing holiday, supervised by Philippe, your MovNat Aquatic trainer, will teach you breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life as well as in your surfing. Embark on this ocean adventure, improve your endurance, self-esteem and stress management to find a new lease of life.
Surf and Pole Dance with Karo

This sporty stay proposed in surf camp in Hossegor in the Landes is a good opportunity to practice pole dancing, a sport more and more popular that combines strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance in a relaxed atmosphere. A practice that will allow you to develop the muscles necessary for surfing and thus help you in your learning.
