Coming from Hawaii, Stand Up Paddle or SUP is a big and large surf board you will ride standing up with the help of a paddle to move on : new feeling of sliding on the water either in the waves for the most experienced or on flat waters of Hossegor lake for a first experience.

Learning on falt waters in a preserved and unique landscape
You will SUP either on the Etang Blanc in Seignosse or on the marine lake of Hossegor, both are beautiful spots. You will start from Restaurant Les Roseaux and will learn the basic rules to manœuvre the SUP (balance, using the paddle, move on, turn…) as well as an educative stroll about the local environment.
SUP physical training
Stand up paddle is an excellent mean to work out your general physical condition. We can offer different exercices to work on specific parts of your body. The SUP sessions are organized in the afternoon or in the evening. Stand up paddling in the waves need a prior surfing experience and lessons will be organized regarding wave conditions and in private class only (1hx2).

Lodging at the Natural Surf Lodge
• 6 nights in 1 to 4 persons shared room, with private bathroom and air conditioning. If you are a couple, you can ask for a private bungalow.
Check in from 5 pm on sundays and check out following saturday at 10 am*
