Natural Surf Lodge cancellation Policy
Natural Surf Lodge does not provide any cash, check or credit card refunds. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason including personal emergencies. You are welcome to transfer your credit to another guest or surf training package 1 year of your original booking date.
If you cancel....
1) If you cancel before 90 prior to the first day of the surf training you are registered for 100% of your payment will be credited to any other date within 2 years of your original booking date.
2) If you cancel within 90 days prior to the first day of the surf training you are registered for 25% of your payment is forfeited and 75% of your balance is credited to any other date within 2 years of your original booking.
3) If you cancel within 30 days of the first day of your surf training 40% of your payment balance can be credited to any other available date within 2 years of your original booking and 60% of the payment is forfeited.
4) If you cancel within 14 days of the first day of your program there is no credit and all payment is forfeited.
6) There are no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are no partial refunds for any services, not used while staying at the Natural Surf Lodge.
7) All cancellations must be received in writing sent via email or registered mail.
Natural Surf Lodge is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We require all participants to obtain travel insurance with a trip cancellation policy which covers the individual.
If we cancel...
We do our utmost to maintain our standard of never cancelling a surf training package, but if Natural Surf Lodge were to ever cancel or move a surf training, guests are welcome to move surf training dates or their payment would be refunded in full.
Natural Surf Lodge's liability will be to refund all money paid for the total of the cancelled surf training package only. Natural Surf Lodge is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any surf training such as airlines tickets, loss of work, and/or any other costs associated with your trip.
Payment to Natural Surf Lodge indicates agreement with this cancellation policy.
